Public Roadmap · Updated July 2026

Road to Mainnet 2027

Honest about where the network is and what stands between today's testnet and a public, permissionless mainnet. Dates are targets, gated by security and stability results.

Where we are today (July 2026): Live multi-node BFT cluster producing and finalizing blocks, a parallel execution engine, MetaMask-native WCAHT transfers, and a live explorer and dashboard. A fork-class consensus bug in multi-transaction blocks was found and fixed this quarter, with zero state-root divergence under load and ~3,000 TPS peak confirmed on-chain.

Phase 1 — Public Testnet 2026 H2 · current

Goal: anyone can use the network and see it working.

Phase 2 — Incentivized Testnet 2026 Q4 – 2027 Q1

Goal: prove it works with strangers running validators.

Phase 3 — Security & Economics 2027 Q1–Q2

Goal: earn the right to hold real value.

Phase 4 — Mainnet Launch 2027

Goal: real, permissionless, value-bearing network.

Honest open items (the work that gates mainnet)

  1. Sustained throughput. Peak is ~3,000 TPS; sustaining it needs the bulk-transaction transport path and more than one RPC endpoint.
  2. Single-node liveness. The network must not stall when one validator restarts; deterministic leader failover is in progress.
  3. Independent audit. No mainnet before a third-party security audit passes.
  4. Economics. Token supply, emission, and governance are not yet final.
  5. Decentralization. Mainnet requires a real, distributed validator set, not a small operator-run cluster.
Timelines are targets subject to audit and engineering outcomes. Testnet tokens carry no monetary value.
